SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Time
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Products available in stock typically ship within 24-48 hours. For items not in stock, the shipping time is approximately 20-30 days, depending on the order size and the nature of the instruments. This shipping period can be significantly reduced once a customer becomes regular and we start maintaining customer-specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery Time
Our delivery time is typically not more than 10 days, depending on the region of delivery. We use trusted courier services such as DHL or FedEx for international shipments, with an average delivery time of 6 working days.
International Customs Duties &Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by their country when receiving packages. Xelpov Surgical is not responsible for any fees relating to international customs. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.
Lost Package
While rare, losses in transit can occur. If your package does not arrive within 10 days from the date of dispatch, please contact your nearest relevant courier office to check if the goods are being held. If the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance in sending a replacement. Please note that if we are not contacted within 3 weeks, an insurance claim cannot be made, and you will be unable to claim any loss from ABD Instruments.
