RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

At ABD Instrument, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Please note that items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All returns must be authorized by contacting our sales or customer service representative.

After 30 days from the invoice date has passed, the products will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. Special order or modified items are not returnable and no refund will be issued.

Refund Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@abdinstruments.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the package’s shipping label and on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.

Return shipping, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship the products in their original packaging, including documentation with all tags attached. Ship via a secure, trackable method such as DHL, FedEx, or certified mail. ABD Instrument is not liable for any instruments that are lost en route to our facility.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned merchandise in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund within 3-4 weeks. Each return must include the purchaser’s name, telephone number, and address, G&M invoice number, invoice date, purchaser purchase order number, quantity, catalog number, description of item, and reason for return.
